LAB-03-260 jaw crusher
The largest crusher in EKO-LAB's offer, designed to work in difficult conditions, under heavy load, for initial crushing of even very hard but brittle and not very wet natural and artificial minerals. It can crush virtually any substance that cracks under pressure/impact. It is not effective in the case of very damp, plastic and fibrous materials. Due to the high throughput that can be achieved, it is often used in small production lines.

The device is intended for grinding medium-hard materials, both natural and artificial, including those with high moisture content (up to 25%). Due to the continuous crushing method and the resulting short retention time of the material in the working zone (minimizing the thermal effect), the crusher is characterized by small moisture losses in the measured medium.

Laboratory 4-roll crusher LAB-08-240/ZS
The device is intended for preliminary grinding of soft and medium-hard materials (e.g. coal, slag, dolomite, etc.). Most often used for grinding moist coal grades, such as fines or mixtures, because it allows you to quickly and safely grind even very damp samples taken from heaps or wagons, without the need to clean the interior and with minimal moisture loss. The material is crushed between smooth steel rollers with a diameter of Φ 240 mm.
