Since 2003, the company has been using a quality management system compliant with the PN-EN ISO 9001 standard.
Operating on the market for 30 years, PWP WILPO Sp. z o. o., from the beginning of its existence, has constantly set itself the goal of CUSTOMER SATISFACTION and TRUST as an absolute priority.
The achievement of this goal is based on the following aspects of functioning on the market:
- identification of measurement needs, both current and prospective,
- professional technical advice,
- ensuring high quality and reliability of manufactured devices,
- execution of deliveries according to turnkey principles, including installation of devices on site, commissioning, scaling and staff training,
- ensuring fast, professional service, both warranty and post-warranty.
We implement the above aspects by:
- maintaining constant contact with clients, guaranteeing continuous cooperation, including mutual flow of information,
- the Management's desire to maintain a high level of research and development work, updating production procedures and optimizing service activities,
- ensuring continuous improvement and maintaining a high level of staff qualifications,
- assessment of risks and opportunities of undertaken activities, both substantive and financial.
In order to maintain a high position on the market, we have implemented a QMS consistent with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard. We declare that the principles and guidelines of this standard have been implemented in all areas of operation of PWP WILPO. Individual aspects of this Quality Policy resulting from the ISO 9001:2015 standard were transferred to the crew for use and compliance throughout the entire PWP WILPO organization.
